When Will My Item Arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3–5 business days. If your item or order is large, it may ship via one of our third-party freight carriers, which deliver from semi trucks with lift gates. Freight delivery is much more complicated than standard parcel shipping — you must schedule a drop-off time, be present for the delivery, and move items from the curb to your residence, among other differences. Sound stressful? If you prepare in advance with ourguide to freight delivery, it doesn’t have to be.

We strongly encourage reading the entire freight delivery guide, but here’s aquick snapshot of what you need to be ready for when you order a large package:
  • Your freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window of about 4–8 hours
  • You’re required to be physically present at the specified delivery location during the scheduled window
  • Freight shipments are carried in semi trucks, which have lift gates to assist with unloading
  • Freight deliveries are dropped off at the curb and no further — not up the driveway, not the porch, not the garage, and most definitely not the backyard — so it’s on you to transport packages to their intended locatio
  • For an easier time hauling items to your home or backyard, arrange for at least 2 helpers to be on standby during your delivery window
  • You must sign for the shipment to indicate that you’ve accepted the delivery

The Whynter portable freezers should not to be confused with less effective 12 volt novelty and beverage type “coolers”, the Whynter portable freezer fridge is a true freezer/refrigerator which cools between –8°F to 50°F. A cost effective and mobile solution for your recreational and critical freezing requirements.

  • Versatile Mobile Freezin: A key feature of this freezer is its portable wheeled design which lets you easily transport or move your freezer whenever the need arises. The Whynter FM-901DZ comes with wheel casters, two of which lock for secure stationary use. Additionally, the 12V power supply option allows for a wide range of applications from home use to field use to in-vehicle use.
  • Space-Saving Desig: This space-saving freezer is designed with a high profile flush back, allowing it to fit cleanly against the wall or into corners maximizing space and minimizing the unit footprint.
  • Consistent Temperatur: Equipped with an adjustable temperature control, the Whynter FM-901DZ gives you better control over the desired interior zone temperature. The adjustable temperature control also helps set different temperatures to store different categories of items.
  • Open-Door Warning Syste: To reduce the risk of temperature loss, the freezer is equipped with an Open-Door alarm feature which sounds if the freezer door is left unopened for more than 3 minutes.
  • LED interior lightin: The unit is also equipped with interior LED lighting which automatically illuminates when door is open which makes it easier to organize and retrieve your freezer’s contents in low light conditions.
