When Will My Item Arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3–5 business days. If your item or order is large, it may ship via one of our third-party freight carriers, which deliver from semi trucks with lift gates. Freight delivery is much more complicated than standard parcel shipping — you must schedule a drop-off time, be present for the delivery, and move items from the curb to your residence, among other differences. Your freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window of about 4–8 hours
You’re required to be physically present at the specified delivery location during the scheduled window
Freight shipments are carried in semi trucks, which have lift gates to assist with unloading
Freight deliveries are dropped off at the curb and no further — not up the driveway, not the porch, not the garage, and most definitely not the backyard — so it’s on you to transport packages to their intended locatio
For an easier time hauling items to your home or backyard, arrange for at least 2 helpers to be on standby during your delivery window
You must sign for the shipment to indicate that you’ve accepted the delivery

Made for us by Elcold in Denmark, the NOVA22 features two smoothly sliding tempered glass lids with a flat top design. This unit includes a removable keyed lock to allow users the option of securing their goods. The white cabinet suits any setting, while the gray lid trim offers an added touch of clean style. We include a set of sturdy commercial casters for users to install if they prefer the freezer more mobile. The digital thermostat is externally located for easy temperature management, with a wide range from -13 to 23 F to accommodate a variety of desserts. We pre-set the unit to -4 F. Inside, the NOVA22 features a steel interior in a clean white finish designed for lasting durability in busy commercial settings. We include two epoxy coated wire novelty baskets, ideal for storing frozen treats and designed to easily glide back and forth as needed. This unit utilizes a manual defrost cooling system with environmentally friendly R290a cooling agent and extra thick insulation to ensure added reliability. A drain is included for easy defrosting. The NOVA22 is UL-S listed to NSF-7 commercial standards. Additional sizes are available. This freezer can also be ordered as a dipping cabinet with a factory-installed sneezeguard (model NOVA22PDC).
