Shipping and Delivery

Appliance Guys offers free delivery on thousands of products To find out if you qualify, you can input your shipping zip code in your cart. Expedited Shipping is available upon request. To request expedited shipping (3 Days, 2nd Day or Next Day Delivery), please contact our sales department at (833) 268-8743. With any delivery option, please note, if you have stairs, and forgot to add them to the invoice, and the driver has not yet delivered the package, you can still call and have them added. The same goes for if any hinges that must be removed due to the product not fitting through a door.

 

How to Prepare for Delivery

• Please make sure to have the areas inside where the product will be placed easily accessible, including removing any doors to get the product inside.
• Please make sure your old appliance is empty and ready to be disconnected before the arrival of your new appliance.
• Please verify that you know where the electrical, water, and gas connections are located in your home prior to delivery.

 

Delivery Advantages

• Additional delivery and installation services may be available for some areas - call us to be sure!
• Our installation partners will make sure every necessary part is properly installed. If you are forgot to purchase a part, they will offer to sell you any of the ones you may have missed in your initial purchase.

 

Delivery & Installation Day

Here’s what you can expect with our Free In-Home Delivery, available nationwide (with some exceptions).

• The delivery company will call you to provide you with the date and time of the delivery. They will give you a 4-6 hour window for the delivery date and time.
• The order will be transported directly from our warehouse to your location.
• A courtesy call one hour before delivery will be made to alert you.
• The delivery team will safely lower your order from the truck to the ground and will provide a comprehensive inspection of the contents. Customers will also have the opportunity to inspect their items prior to accepting delivery.
• Your order will be placed just inside your preferred entrance. Our service for trucking orders is for delivery to the garage or entrance of the residence with no steps, unless otherwise ordered at the time of the delivery.
• Free In-Home Delivery is only available in our normal delivery area. Remote Areas and areas that require a boat or ferry to reach will not qualify for free Delivery. Please enter your zip code at checkout to see if you qualify.

 

Removal Services

We offer removal services for units of the same type as the one you have purchased, within reason. For example, if you are purchasing a large freestanding refrigerator then the removal service will be for removal of the same type of item. When purchasing a built-in refrigerator, an option for removal of a built-in unit will display as a purchase option on the product page. Additional charges may apply for this service. Due to changing regulations, this service may not be available in all areas (mainly rural and less populated areas). The removal from the threshold of the residence is included and any additional floors or areas will require a surcharge. Things to Keep in Mind

• Appliances must be unplugged from electrical source, water source and gas source and located at threshold of residence.
• Removal is not available in all locations.
• Removal must be purchased with White Glove or White Glove with Installation Services only.
• Removal does not include the disconnection of the old unit.
• Removal does include the recycling of the old unit.
• We will not move the item from one point in your home to another point in your home.

 

Installation

Your new appliance will only perform at optimal levels if it’s properly installed. If your purchase is a qualifying product for this service, our installers will ensure that the appliance is properly plugged in and ready to go.

Our premium White Glove Service is the safest way to have your items shipped, no matter how big or small. Our expert delivery personnel will unload and unpack your order, carry it to the location you request, and remove any debris from the package.
